Severance
Deadline
Previously, employees had been informed that to obtain Severance Payments, they would be required to sever before their health benefits expired.
However, as the result of recent discussions between the Company & Union, employees may now wait and sever before their five-year rights expire. The date of expiration of Health Care Benefits is now no longer the deadline to file for severance.

Prescriptions UPDATE
Under our current contract, active employees filling scripts are restricted to the CVS Chain. The nearest CVS Pharmacy is in Steubenville, the Union had also added Ted's Plaza Pharmacy, located in Weirton.
Due to the recent closing of Ted's Pharmacy, the Union has arranged for scripts to be filled at the Kroger locations in Weirton & Steubenville, listed below:
NOTE:
CVS locations continue to fill maintenance drugs for active employees and Non-Maintenance type prescriptions may still be filled at any pharmacy.
